Notice: Delays in Email Responses

We are aware that some members may be experiencing delays when contacting us by email. This is due to a Microsoft 365 / Outlook service issue currently affecting email services in a number of regions, resulting in delays in the sending and receiving of emails. Reports indicate that some users may experience delayed email delivery, authentication issues, and intermittent service disruptions.

As a result, emails sent to TUI Credit Union may take longer than normal to arrive, and our responses may also be delayed.
