Important Member Notice: Duplicate Direct Debit Collection
Dear Member,
We are writing to inform you that, a small number of members experienced a duplicate direct debit collection, resulting in the same amount being taken twice from their bank account.
Please accept our sincere apologies for this error and for any inconvenience or concern it may have caused.
What we are doing
- The full value of the duplicate direct debit will be lodged to your share account.
- These funds will be available immediately.
- If you wish, you may transfer the funds back to your nominated bank account using SEPA Instant, which typically completes within 10 seconds.
What happens next
- We are currently completing a full reversal process for the duplicate transaction through the banking system.
- We will notify affected members once this process has been fully finalised.
- In parallel, we are investigating the cause of this issue to ensure it does not recur.
