Please note to open an account you will need to forward the following supporting documentation with your application form;

• Valid Drivers Licence / Passport
• Proof of your address date within the past 3 months i.e. A Utility Bill, Bank Statement or Government Issued Document
• Your PPS Number* i.e. Copy of Payslip, Document from Revenue or Department of Social & Family Affairs, Drug Payments Card
